The management of people is critical to any business. It’s not only about having specialist knowledge of employment law, it’s also about understanding organisational culture. That’s where our employment law specialists come in. London Law Collective prides itself on providing not only strategic HR legal advice, but a genuine understanding of the issues facing HR professionals today.
With decades of combined employment law experience, our employment law team is led by Co-Founder David Farquharson, and Senior Associate Sinead Haysom.
David’s reputation has been forged over many years, advising companies and individuals on management level contracts and disputes, while Sinead trained with major international firm Gowling WLG before moving to leading technology law firm, Kemp Little (now Deloitte Legal). Sinead Haysom now works with clients of all sizes, from blue-chip multinationals to startups and individuals, providing advice to clients across all sectors, and has a particular interest in working with tech companies.
At London Law Collective we help clients with complex restructuring and redundancies, employment issues on funding rounds or a sale, sensitive investigations, disciplinary processes, employee health and wellbeing, senior exits, and employment and consultancy documentation, as well as offering day to day employment law support.
We also provide quality advice on team moves, the enforceability of restrictive covenants, and assist clients in navigating employment tribunals and defending employment claims. For individual clients, we provide general employment support, and advice on settlement agreements.
We believe that your people are your most important assets. Our understanding of the complex issues facing employers today, as well as having one eye constantly on relevant policy and legislative changes means that we can work in partnership with you on any employment law issue.
If you’d like to discuss how we can help you and your business, please don’t hesitate to contact David Farquharson (david@londonlawcollective.com) or Sinead Haysom (sinead@londonlawcollective.com) for a free half hour consultation.
