We’ve been profiling members of our team members over the past few months. This month, we spoke to one of our Directors Tim Herbert and you can learn more about Tim on this video!

Tim, tell us a little bit about yourself and your role at LLC.

I am a solicitor qualified in three separate jurisdictions. Originally my speciality was dispute resolution, but then I added corporate commercial to the mix. As a Director, I now provide a broad range of advice in both areas. In terms of dispute resolution, my corporate commercial experience has taught me how easily issues can arise. In terms of corporate commercial, my dispute resolution experience has taught be how they can be avoided!

Tell us something we may not know about you.

Did you know, I am actually a classically trained pianist and clarinetist, with Associated Board Grade 8 in both. I haven’t really played much of either recently though…

What does a typical weekend look like in the life of Tim?

I’m reminded of the scene in Hot Fuzz: “My perfect Sunday…”. A weekend will normally involve some dog walks (probably in one of the many beautiful places around where I live in Devon), some chores at home (I am currently carrying out various DIY tasks around the house), and probably some time enjoying my local and catching up with friends.
