Our impact

As part of B Corp Month this March, we’re delighted to share our latest Impact Report, showcasing our ongoing commitment to a new way of doing business, creating positive social, environmental, and economic impact.

In 2025 London Law Collective celebrated its fifth anniversary. The vision of the firm from the outset was to build a firm that provides the best legal advice to our innovative and thriving clients but also develop a culture that does more, for our staff, for society and for the environment.

Five years later, we are delighted to launch our second and updated Impact Report that shows the impact we have made across three of the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals: promoting inclusive and decent work practices, tackling the climate crisis, and building better institutions at all levels.

Our Impact Report shows the steps we’ve taken to creating long-term impact. We’ve been a Certified B Corp for over two years with an Impact Score higher than many in our sector, our staff regularly volunteer with not-for-profits and importantly we have a happiness rating that is higher than the global benchmark average.

But don’t just take out word for it. Last year, not only did we win a People in Law Award for Best Environmental, Social and Governance Initiative, but were also Highly Commended by Legal Business and Modern Law Awards for Boutique Law Firm of the Year.

“The judges were impressed by this firm positioning itself as a socially conscious law firm since its inception and the multifaceted approach adopted by this firm and the substantial number of volunteers engaged in achieving their ESG goals. The firm’s principled and authentic approach shone out. Whether engaging with environmental issues, the living wage, or B-Corp status – this small firm is truly having an outsized ESG impact.”

None of this would be possible without the commitment to a shared sense of values from our clients, team, and partners.

We believe that business can be a force for good and if done properly within the right constraints can help those who need it most.

We’d love to hear what you think.
