Leading our team is Director, Tim Herbert. Tim has 25 years’ experience with corporate and commercial disputes from small enterprises to multinationals, trusts, and private individuals. Trained as a lawyer at a leading litigation firm in the City of London, Tim has worked across three jurisdictions on regulatory, insolvency, property, and general commercial disputes. He has appeared at various levels of Courts and Tribunals in the UK, Australia, and NewZealand, including in a number of reported cases.
Joining Tim in the team is Solicitor Nicholas Lewis. Nick has over ten years’ experience acting for individuals, SMEs and multinational insurers across England and Wales, Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man and Europe. Working for leading firm Knights Plc, his range of work has included high value complex catastrophic injury, uninsured loss, and consumer disputes. Nick has conducted trials, joint settlement meetings and mediation with a 100% successful outcome rate at trial. In previous roles he led a team that had a 99% success rate in over 5,000 cases with millions recovered in damages, losses, and costs.
Supporting the team is Fehime Cekic Cabot who brings a successful background in various fields of litigation from Turkey and the UK, working in IP, personal injury, employment and consumer matters for individuals as well as multinationals.
