Expertise in company commercial including advising start-ups and small and medium-sized companies. Areas of legal expertise include corporate; company commercial contracts and dispute resolution. Advises individuals, trusts, and companies.

Tim is an instructor in Advocacy and Negotiating for the College of Law, New Zealand.  Regular speaker in webinars as to company commercial issues.

A classically trained pianist that loves 80s pop and acting, having had parts in a film, TV series and adverts.  One of his greatest passions is Watford Football Club!

Fundamental belief that business can be a force for good. Trained at a major international law firm where he assisted in building the firm’s social enterprise training scheme. Over five years’ experience advising start-ups and social enterprises on a range of legal matters including fundraisings, data protection issues and commercial contracts.

Mike has experience as a charity trustee and passed a secondment in the legal team at Save the Children International. He is also an advisor and mentor to various incubators including Imperial Enterprise Lab and the NHS’ Clinical Entrepreneurs Programme.

Oliver trained in the West End and has developed experience across a range of specialisms, in particular corporate/commercial law, intellectual property, employment and dispute resolution. His range of knowledge makes him an excellent all-round legal advisor. 

Outside of his work with London Law Collective, Oliver works (remotely) as in-house Counsel for a company in New York City and is also involved in building and running a Bio/Agri-Tech business, where the technology being developed has “Green Swan” potential to help address some of the world’s most serious climate challenges.
