Delighted that our long-standing client Schematiq completed its acquisition by MDX Technology Limited, creating the world’s first platform for model and data distribution designed for financial services.

We have provided corporate and commercial legal support to Schematiq over a number of years. As part of this acquisition, we advised the business and their shareholders on the terms of the offer and subsequent sale to MDX Technology Limited, which included a pre-sale restructure.

A collaborative and strategic move for both companies, Schematiq Founder Darren Harris has now been appointed Chief Product Offer at MDX Technology where he will work on aligning product development with business goals and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective product management.
