It’s always good to take some time out, and recently the team linked up with GoodGym, who we support through our 1% for the Planet donation, on a team awayday, running to and helping to prepare the St Andrew’s Club in Westminster for its autumn activities.
St Andrew’s Club is one of the oldest youth clubs in the world and has been helping young people explore their potential since 1866. The team helped move equipment and tidy the space to ensure that those from the local area will be able to enjoy the facilities in the coming few months. Even though it was hard work, the team left inspired that they could make a small difference to a local success story and are thankful to the work that GoodGym continues to do to support local community groups.
After all that hard work, the team then embarked on a wellbeing afternoon with prism. The discussion focused on how the team can develop their full potentials, broaden their skills and looked at their personality profiles. It was great to not only help a local charity but also focus on how we can improve and develop our own working culture and spend quality time with colleagues and friends.
