Meet our Associate Jessica Kimelblat Adler! In the latest in our series of interviews with our staff, we spoke to Jess about her role at London Law Collective and what motivates her at work as well as in her life. And there’s more in the video below.

Jess, tell us a little bit about yourself and your role at LLC.

I’ve been part of the LLC team for over three years now, having started as a part-time consultant in 2020. It’s been a great journey, full of personal and professional learning and challenges.

I’m an SRA registered foreign lawyer (Brazilian qualified) and I specialise in corporate and commercial law. I also have responsibility for our data protection work and am fully certified with the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), a qualification I received while working at LLC.

Tell us about a time that you achieved a professional or personal milestone.

Every day is a challenge, and if it wasn’t, I think I would have lost interest some time ago. I’m grateful for all the learning  and support I receive including from our co-founder David and other members of the team.

I would say that a recent challenge was the completion of the acquisition of one of our clients – North Six (a global creative marketing agency whose clients include brands such as Louis Vuitton, Dior, DeBeers, and others) by Together Group. It was a complex brief, but hard and fulfilling work.

Tell us something we may not know about you.

I am passionate about my own wellbeing, understanding the connection between body and mind and how we can all help ourselves to live the life we desire.

What does a typical weekend look like in the life of Jess? 

I try to work out in the morning (if possible while being close to nature), have a meal with family and friends and rest! I honestly also love staring at the sea. It reminds me to slow down and appreciate the small things in life that we often take for granted.
